For customers with an older recurring order

This page applies only to recurring orders created before new subscriptions were discontinued. Removing new subscription options does not automatically cancel an existing customer contract.

Manage or cancel an existing arrangement

If you previously created a recurring order, use one of these support options:

• Customer portal: Log in to review any older recurring order associated with your account.
• Previous order emails: Use the management link included in the relevant confirmation email, if available.
• Contact support: Email support@TheraPetMD.com for help.

New orders

To buy again, simply place a new one-time order from the Dogs or Cats collection. No future shipment will be scheduled automatically.
